Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead strategic, enterprise-level projects from initiation through delivery.
2. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
3. Partner with executive leadership to define project goals, success metrics, and alignment with business objectives.
4. Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure project delivery within scope, time, and budget.
5. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication across departments and external partners.
6. Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting.
7. Champion project governance, process improvement, and best practices.
8. Mentor and guide junior project managers and project coordinators.
9. Drive change management and stakeholder engagement strategies.
10. Develop resource planning tools to ensure the team is not overlapping and has the capability to perform installations on time.
Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge
11. Experience in [industry-specific experience, e.g., healthcare, IT, construction].
12. Budgeting and financial tracking.
13. Risk management and mitigation planning.
14. Stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
15. Ability, competence and confidence to lead people.
16. Effective interpersonal skills.
17. Fluency in the local language and in English, both written and spoken.
18. Manages activities of two or more sections or departments through subordinate managers who exercise full supervision in terms of costs, methods, and staffing. Sometimes this manager may be responsible for managing staff without subordinate managers.

19. Bachelors Degree or equivalent
20. 10 years of related experience
21. 5 years management experience
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATIONS
Other Desired Skills and Knowledge
22. Sound understanding and application of contract structuring, composition and contract negotiation.
23. Sound understanding and experience in establishing quotations, costing for jobs, monitoring costs and following up on execution.
24. Required Certifications and Training
25. Obtains and completes LMS training plan specific to assigned responsibility.
26. Experience Level with Business Tools
27. Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
28. Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired.
