Builders Hardware Direct Ltd are currently recruiting for a Telephone Sales Agent/Adviser role within the Cross Hands area.
This position is to join an expanding company.
The Job will entail contacting local and national small and medium sized building contractors and other trade's people selling specific product lines and encouraging the opening of trade accounts.
We are looking for highly motivated, energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join the company to promote our products.

Previous sales experience is desirable.
Minimum wage, monthly with an excellent commission structure in place on top.

The job role will be to sell, develop existing customers and to generate new business. This role will be based from the Gorslas office.
Responsibilities-
* Generating new leads through proactive new accounting and via existing customer recommendations.
* Manage and develop existing clients through regular visits and phone calls.
* Be proactive in using promotional materials, ensure you have appropriate samples, literature, information on new products to grow sales
* Going that extra mile to ensure repeat business from customers.
The Ideal Candidate will have-
* A minimum of 2 years of sales experience within the construction industry.
* Telesales experience.
* Drive and enthusiasm to nurture and grow the client base.
* An existing network within the construction community.
* A strong desire to meet targets and objectives.
* You will be dynamic, driven, self-disciplined and be confident working with numbers and figures.
* An UNCAPPED COMMISSION structure plus a competitive basic salary that will be negotiable dependant on the candidate.
