Accounts Payable Assistant We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join The Sovini Group. As a Accounts Payable Assistant, you will be expected to: To provide comprehensive Accounts Payable services across the Group, providing assistance as required to the wider Finance Team, and all related financial and administrative processes. To be successful in a Accounts Payable Assistant role, the skills you will need : Minimum Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification AAT or Finance related. Good organisation and communication skills. To be IT Literate and Numerate. The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. The ability to plan and prioritise effectively in order to achieve targets and meet deadlines. The ability to be flexible, adaptive to change and work remotely where necessary. Excellent communication skills, able to communicate across multiple channels including Microsoft Teams, Face to Face and Email. Experience or Knowledge of the below would be advantageous but not essential: Knowledge and experience of Accounts Payable, Finance or Office Administration within a sizeable organisation. Ability to analyse and appraise financial, non-financial and management information and statistics, summarising key points. Ability to use efficiently Microsoft Windows software and a recognised financial management or database system.
