We are looking for an ambitious, energetic and committed tutor who will expand the learning experiences and provide tuition for individuals and small groups of young people, which allows for full engagement and ensures that the program of learning meets the needs of the individual.
The successful candidate will have experience of teaching young people with autism and a severe learning disability, ideally in a special school or college setting.

Arden College is a specialist college providing education to students with autism aged between 16 and 25.
We are currently seeking to employ a tutor who is able to teach Students with autism and severe learning disability.
The successful candidate will:
* Plan and deliver engaging learning opportunities that support students' ability to make progress towards their individual learning goals.
* Work with colleagues to ensure that the college continues to provide a safe and welcoming learning environment where students can thrive.
* Additionally, the successful candidate will have some pastoral responsibility, and so will be expected to Liaise with families and other professionals in the best interest of the student.
