Responsibilities:
* Deliver 1-1 or small group tutoring sessions designed to meet the specific needs of SEN students.
* Adapt lesson plans to accommodate learning difficulties and nurture students' strengths.
* Foster emotional well-being and confidence in SEN students.
* Build positive relationships with students to create an inclusive learning environment.
* Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher education.
* Previous experience working with SEN students.
* Proficiency in delivering core subjects up to GCSE level.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students.
