Accounts Administrator Location: Belfast Job Type: Permanent, Full-time Salary: Competitive (DOE) Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday Holidays: 34 days (including public holidays) The Opportunity Reactive Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading private healthcare business to recruit an experienced Accounts Administrator. Key Responsibilities Manage sales and purchase ledgers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Prepare and issue invoices, reconcile payments, and manage credit control Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve payment queries Process purchase invoices, prepare payment runs, and resolve discrepancies Produce debtor, creditor, and cash flow reports for management Support month-end and year-end procedures Candidate Requirements Essential: Minimum 3 years experience in an accounts/credit control role Strong understanding of sales and purchase ledgers and cashflow management Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Xero) and Microsoft Office Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills Desirable: Experience in healthcare or medical accounts Familiarity with medical insurance processes IT or accounting qualifications Whats on Offer Competitive salary, based on experience and qualifications 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 34 days annual leave (including public holidays) Excellent working environment with long-term stability If you want more information please call Reactive Recruitment and ask for Ethan.
