Key Responsibilities
* Lead and continuously improve operational processes across the Group.
* Oversee supply chain, logistics, warehousing, and distribution to maximise efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to set and deliver strategic business goals.
* Implement systems, metrics, and KPIs to drive performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
* Lead, mentor, and develop teams across logistics, purchasing, quality, HR, and IT.
* Drive operational projects that improve efficiency, reduce waste, and support sustainable growth.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
* Support financial planning, budgeting, and cost control.
About You
