We are currently partnering with a leading financial services organisation who are seeking an Operational Risk Officer to join their growing Risk & Compliance function on a permanent basis.
Our client is recognised for their strong governance culture and commitment to delivering good customer outcomes across all areas of the business. This role sits within the Second Line of Defence and plays a key part in supporting and enhancing operational risk management frameworks.
This is a full-time position, and they will be looking for candidates to attend the office once or twice per week. The salary on offer is between £45,000 and £50,000 per annum.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Supporting and challenging the Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process
2. Reviewing and challenging policies, procedures and operational controls
3. Delivering the annual Independent Testing Plan, including issue identification and follow-up
4. Preparing and analysing Operational Risk and Control reports for senior leaders
5. Supporting incident management, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution
