BGEN Ltd is a multidisciplinary design and build contractor with over 100 years of industry experience. We support clients in the Water, Power & Energy, Pharmaceutical, Nuclear and Food and Beverage industries to deliver next generation, value-added engineering solutions. We are seeking a strategic thinker with a passion for building strong client relationships and driving business growth to join as a Key Account Manager.
Where you will be working
BGEN is one of the UK's largest multidisciplinary design and build contractors with over 100 years of industry experience, delivering essential infrastructure services for life in a safety-first, client- and customer-centric environment.
Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact for key clients, building strong, long-term partnerships.
* Develop and execute account strategies aligned with client goals and business growth.
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, negotiate renewals, and meet revenue targets.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and consistent service quality.
* Monitor account performance, forecast sales, and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.
* Oversee proposals, contracts, and budgets, ensuring compliance and competitiveness.
* Stay informed on industry trends and maintain strong product knowledge.
* Support health & safety standards through regular site visits and inspections.
What you’ll bring
* Proven experience in account management or client-facing roles.
* Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to work independently.
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Project.
* A proactive, approachable attitude and a passion for delivering value.
