Your new role
As a Business Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the hospital’s administrative and financial operations, ensuring all processes arepleted accurately and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Processing accurate and timely billing
2. Managing cashiering, payments, and reconciliations
3. Coordinating invoices, consultant payments, and refunds
4. Supporting monthly consultant charge processes
5. Resolving queries from patients, insurers, and internal stakeholders
6. Maintaining accurate records within internal systems, including SAP
7. Supporting wider administrative and financial processes as required
This is a structured, process-driven role ideal for someone with a strong attention to detail and previous experience in finance-related administration.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
8. Proven experience using SAP (essential)
9. Experience in at least one of the following:Accounts PayablePurchase Orders / Procure-to-PayCredit Control
10. Strong administrative and organisational skills
11. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
12. Goodmunication skills, with the ability to resolve queries effectively
13. Confidence using Microsoft Office systems
Previous billing or invoicing experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
