About the Role
As Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of the store's day‑to‑day operations, customer service, and team performance. You’ll be leading by example, creating a positive work environment, and driving sales results.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support your team to deliver excellent customer service
* Achieve and exceed store sales targets
* Manage stock levels and ordering to ensure availability
* Ensure smooth daily operations and compliance with company policies
* Handle customer queries and resolve issues quickly
* Maintain a clean, well‑organised, and visually appealing store
* Deliver training and coaching to your team
* Report on store performance to management
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in retail management or a similar role
* Confident in leading a team and motivating others
* Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
* Experience with inventory systems and store administration
* Customer‑focused with a commercial mindset
* Willing to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota
