Full:time, 5 days a week In:store role
A prestigious luxury jewellery brand, known internationally and especially well:established in the Middle East, is opening a new flagship boutique in London. Were looking for a refined, client:focused Sales Associate to join the launch team and deliver an exceptional in:store experience to high:end clientele.
What youll be doing:
* Acting as a true ambassador of the brand, welcoming and advising VIP customers
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with a high:net:worth client base
* Working closely with the Boutique Manager to support daily operations and uphold the brands standards
* Assisting with events, private appointments, and concierge partnerships
* Bringing energy, poise, and professionalism to every client interaction
What were looking for:
* Experience in luxury retail or jewellery, ideally with an existing client book
* Warm, polished communication and a passion for hospitality:level service
* A natural networker with a genuine interest in fashion, jewellery, and refined retail
* Understanding of the Middle Eastern market is a plus
* Previous experience with luxury brands such as Cartier, Tiffany, or Chanel is highly desirable
