Description

The role of Office Administrator is to maintain a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, customers, and vendors in person, online, and via telephone. Ensuring proper workflow and supporting the office directors with common admin duties is expected.

The usual day-to-day work will include:

* Dealing with enquiries via phone and email
* Organising post and deliveries
* Greeting clients
* Data entry tasks
* Filing and archiving records
* Managing diaries
* Preparing invoices
* Maintaining financial security through following internal protocols
* Preparing payments and requesting disbursements
* Assisting senior members of staff as and when needed

Candidate requirements:

* Proficiency in Office 365 (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams etc.)

* Fast learner

* Attention to detail

* Proven level of integrity and professionalism

* Able to work 3-4 working days (excluding Fridays) from 9am to 3pm.

* Eligibile to work in the UK

* Accounting or book-keeping knowledge/ some experience using accounting softwares (Desirable/Not Essential)

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
