Role: Auditor
Pay: £150 a day plus benefits
Location: Manchester / Greater Manchester SK / OL / M areas
* We are seeking an energetic, organised, and customer-focused team member to join our growing Water Efficiency team.
* This hands-on role involves visiting customers’ homes to install water-saving devices, resolve minor internal leaks, and provide tailored advice on reducing water use.
* The ideal candidate will have a proactive, can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage their own workload to meet installation and service targets.
* You’ll play a key role in helping households save water, improve efficiency, and reduce waste — all while delivering exceptional customer service.

* Water Saving Device Installation (light-touch)
* Leak Detection & Minor Repairs
* Customer Engagement Advice
* Home Water MOTs
* Project Delivery and Target Achievement
* Health, Safety & Compliance
Key Tasks
* Install light-touch water-saving devices in customers’ homes
* Identify and repair minor leaks within your training remit
* Carry out Home Water MOTs, including meter readings, flow rate tests, and leak checks
* Provide tailored water efficiency and behavioural change advice to customers
* Manage daily appointments using the project CRM system and ensure timely, high-quality completion of work
* Maintain accurate stock levels and follow all Health & Safety guidelines
* Collaborate with the Plumbing Supervisor and wider project team to achieve targets
