We are looking for enthusiastic Community Healthcare Support Workers for the Night Nursing Team, to provide care and support for patients in the community setting as delegated by the registered nurse.
Requirements:
* Access to a motor vehicle is essential, with an appropriate driving license.
* The team operates from 1900-0700 hours, 7 days a week.
* Shifts are from 1900-midnight and from 19.00-0700 hours.
* The post is 15 hours per week on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Responsibilities:
To work within the District Night Nursing team to provide care and support for patients in the community setting as delegated by the registered nurse. You will be expected to carry out all relevant forms of nursing care, without direct supervision, and may be required to demonstrate simple procedures to qualified and/or unqualified staff undertaking training where agreed with the nursing team.
