Are you enthusiastic about technology, sustainability, and making a real impact for global clients? Aura is looking for a Client Technology Consultant specialising in optimization of client processes using innovative solutions through our proprietary SaaS platforms.
What You’ll Deliver
As a Client Technology Consultant, you’ll:
1. Configure and optimise SaaS tools to meet client-specific needs.
2. Support onboarding, testing, and documentation to ensure seamless platform adoption.
3. Respond to client queries and maintain learning materials.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality service and continuous improvement.
Your Experience
5. Experience in a client-facing role within a SaaS or tech-driven packaging environment.
6. Strong understanding of software configuration and workflow mapping.
7. Ability to translate business needs into user-friendly solutions.
8. Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
Bonus Skills:
9. Experience with business scenario testing and data visualization tools (., Power BI, Tableau).
10. Awareness of UX principles and sustainability or regulatory compliance.
11. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like DevOps, Jira, or Confluence
