Position Overview
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Jar Operator to join our production team at the Matatirtha Factory. The role involves operating jar filling and sealing machinery, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and monitor jar filling and sealing machinery.
Perform regular quality checks on filled and sealed jars to ensure compliance with specifications.
Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
Assist in storage and handling of materials.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Support production activities in the absence of other helpers.
Carry out any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or factory manager.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: School-level education or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a factory or production environment.
Skills:
Basic mechanical knowledge of production machinery
Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
Strong work ethic and reliability
