Customer Experience Adviser | Retail & Business Banking | S1 | Llanelli
Join Santander UK as a Customer Experience Adviser based in Llanelli. This 35‑hour per week full‑time role works Monday to Saturday between 8 am and 6 pm on a rota. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for customers in the branch or over the phone, delivering outstanding service, managing transactions, answering calls, building relationships, and finding solutions to customers’ needs.
Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
* Assist with day‑to‑day transactions, queries and servicing.
* Answer customer calls into our contact centre.
* Build relationships and find solutions.
* Develop knowledge of services and products to help customers.
* Identify new ways to improve the customer experience.
Qualifications
* Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in face‑to‑face or telephony settings (Required).
* Effective communication skills to understand customer needs (Required).
* Real desire to go above and beyond for customers (Preferred).
* Teamworking skills with a flexible, can‑do approach (Preferred).
* Openness to a broad range of activities, even outside standard expectations (Preferred).
* Ability to grow, adapt and change to accommodate business needs and priorities (Preferred).
