Job Description
The Pricing Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting business objectives by creating accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and delivering effective pricing strategies. This position is responsible for actioning pricing methodologies, analysing performance and collaborating across teams to drive profitability and growth.
* Create and manage pricing processes and ensure compliance with policies.
* Identify opportunities to improve pricing, margin, and overall business performance; work with teams to develop and implement initiatives.
* Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of pricing strategies, making adjustments as needed to align with business goals.
* Develop and maintain pricing models, forecast revenue and market share, and analyse the impact of pricing strategies.
* Deliver accurate reporting and analysis of commercial key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Build strong relationships across the organization with stakeholders at all levels, facilitating effective communication and implementation of pricing strategies.
Qualifications
The essential skills/attributes are: -
* Strong analytical and numerical skills with great attention to detail.
* Highly organised, proactive and adaptable to change.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with large data sets.
