Assess, record, and report on pupils’ progress, ensuring all children reach their full potential. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports learning and wellbeing. Use a range of teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners, including those with SEND and EAL. Maintain high standards of behaviour in accordance with the school’s policies. Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and senior leaders to enhance teaching and learning. Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding pupil progress and wellbeing. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events. Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities where appropriate.
