Join Our Team Supporting SEN Schools in WOKING! Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated and passionate staff to join our team supporting Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools across: WOKING We are currently recruiting for: General Primary Teacher English Teacher Start Date: As soon as vetting is completed Contract: Flexible roles - long-term, short-term, and permanent opportunities available About the Schools & Students: You will be working in supportive, specialist SEN settings that cater for children and young people aged 5–18 with a range of additional needs, including: Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH) Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD) Speech, Language and Communication needs (SLCN) ADHD and associated behavioural needs Sensory processing difficulties Each school provides a nurturing, structured environment where students are supported to thrive both academically and personally. Staff work closely with therapists, behaviour specialists, and families to provide holistic support. Assess, record, and report on pupils’ progress, ensuring all children reach their full potential. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports learning and wellbeing. Use a range of teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners, including those with SEND and EAL. Maintain high standards of behaviour in accordance with the school’s policies. Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and senior leaders to enhance teaching and learning. Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding pupil progress and wellbeing. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events. Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities where appropriate.
