Technical Support Engineer – Fintech API Solutions

What You’ll Do
1. Be the go-to expert for clients, ensuring a seamless support experience from start to resolution.
2. Troubleshoot technical issues across APIs, microservices, software components, and networks.
3. Collaborate with engineering, product, and cloud operations teams to resolve complex problems.
4. Maintain and evolve support processes, tools, and documentation as technology advances.
5. Monitor support metrics, share insights, and drive continuous improvement.
6. Act as a trusted liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear, timely communication.
What We’re Looking For
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
8. Proven experience in technical support, ideally within large-scale environments.
9. Solid technical knowledge of APIs, microservice architecture, and network troubleshooting.
10. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
11. Flexible and proactive approach to evolving processes and technologies.
