A) Provide an administrative and clerical function to support the Outpatient team in respect of any requests to do with Health records this can include Archiving and Subject Access Requests. b) Comply with Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust and Chailey Clinical Services agreed policies and procedures. c) To participate in annual reviews and regular Supervisions. d) To ensure all Mandatory and Statutory training is up to date in line with Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust policy.
