Building Manager (Commercial & Mixed use) London c£60k
Were working with one of the major West End Property Consultancies who are looking to hire a Commercially biased Building Manager to oversee 3 x mixed use sites as follows:
1. 2 x Commercial Buildings in Central London, both comprising private & communal office space alongside dining and retail with full on-site concierge and FOH services
2. 1 x Super Prime Residential Building close to Regents Park operating as both a hotel and residence.
3. You will assume responsibility for the buildings, their occupiers and instructing clients, overseeing all aspects of the property and facilities management functions, including staff
4. In addition to regular site inspection, you will manage approved contractors, oversee works, ensure H&S compliance and liaise with the wider portfolio manager in relation to service charge matters and staffing.
5. FM / Commercial Building Management exposure essential, related qualification desirable
6. 4 days split between 3 x sites, 1 day working from home
