Join a well-established and respected retail brand in Fareham as a PMO Analyst, supporting large-scale transformation initiatives. You'll play a key role within a high-performing IT Portfolio Management Office, driving project governance, transparency, and reporting across critical programmes.
🔍 What You'll Be Doing:
Work closely with delivery leads and value stream owners to maintain high-quality project plans, reports, and governance processes
Provide structured support for programme and portfolio boards through timely reporting and clear documentation
Track and manage change controls and RAID items - Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies - across multiple workstreams, ensuring clear ownership, timely escalation, and effective resolution
Promote visibility and alignment across teams to drive delivery efficiency
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent planning, prioritisation, and governance across the portfolio
✅ What We're Looking For:
Proven experience working within an IT PMO function in a complex delivery environment
Hands-on experience working within a global corporate business environment
Strong knowledge of portfolio tools and planning frameworks (e.g., Microsoft Project)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organised with an analytical, detail-driven mindset
