The Role
An expanding consultancy is seeking a Project Structural Engineer to join its growing team. This position provides the chance to take responsibility for structural projects, develop technical expertise, and progress towards chartership in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
* Deliver design and analysis for a wide range of structural projects
* Manage resources and contribute to project planning
* Apply knowledge of CDM regulations, standards, and best practice
* Produce accurate reports and calculations
* Attend and contribute to project meetings with clients and stakeholders
* Support and mentor junior team members as appropriate
* Develop technical and commercial skills while progressing towards chartership
What You’ll Need
* Minimum 3 years’ post-graduate experience
* MEng, BEng, BSc, HNC, or HND in Engineering (chartered or working towards with IStructE or ICE)
* Experience with Tekla Structural Designer, Tedds, AutoCAD, and ideally REVIT
* Strong skills in MS Office and analysis software
* Familiarity with CDM regulations and technical standards
* Strong communication skills and ability to represent the consultancy at meetings
* Self-motivated with good time management to meet project deadlines
