We’re looking for an Assistant General Manager to join us on our journey of true nourishment.
The Role |
As an Assistant General Manager, you'll be an integral part of the restaurant leadership team, supporting the General Manager in leading the restaurant in the Wagamama way. You’ll live and breathe our people promise, values, and embody core leadership behaviors. You’ll inspire and motivate your team to provide exceptional service, always striving to exceed expectations. You should have a passion for people, food, and hospitality and be driven to make positive change.

* An experienced hospitality manager capable of leading a restaurant team with positive behavior and actions, driving performance in a fast-paced, complex environment
* A strong communicator who engages in genuine conversations with consideration and care, ensuring your team feels heard and supported
* Experience in understanding restaurant financial performance and identifying opportunities
* Ability to manage restaurant and labor budgets
* A passionate leader with experience in team performance and development

* A forward-thinking problem solver, able to think on your feet and make quick decisions
