Job Opportunity: Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our trade services office on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will work primarily from our office, with occasional opportunities to work from home.

Main Responsibilities:

* Answering and making calls, managing emails and mail
* Coordinating bookings via our diary system and liaising with clients and external professionals

* Maintaining employee holiday records and managing payroll using QuickBooks
* Creating estimates and invoices, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping
* Overseeing the maintenance, safety, and legal compliance of company vehicles
* Managing appointment scheduling, ensuring timely ordering of materials, and liaising with suppliers and the engineering team
* Arranging travel and accommodation for long-distance projects
* Following up on outstanding invoices politely and professionally
* Assisting with employee onboarding procedures and induction sessions
* Collaborating closely with Directors and other team members
