About the Role We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Care Manager who is passionate about care and committed to excellence in service delivery. You will: Coordinate care rotas and manage staffing cover Lead, support and mentor a team of support workers Ensure compliance with CQC standards, supporting the Registered Manager Oversee care assessments, customer relationships, and safeguarding procedures Contribute to new business development including tenders and client onboarding Manage performance through structured supervisions and appraisals Participate in our out-of-hours emergency rota (1 in every 7 weeks) What Were Looking For NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care or above is preferred. If not yet obtained, we will support you to complete it within your first 3 months.
