The Cranial Spine business at Medtronic develops life-restoring technologies and solutions to treat diseases in Neurosciences, Neurosurgery, and Spine. Our therapies span the care continuum, from early interventional procedures to implantable surgical solutions. This position will cover the North of London.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
* Providing clinical implant support to the clinical team in theatres across spinal and cranial procedures (covering surgical synergy, implants, and power/energy portfolio)
* Upselling the full cranial spine portfolio in the theatre environment
* Providing troubleshooting support to field sales force and customers upon request
* Planning and supporting clinical and technical training and education programs with input from Sales Manager, district staff, and other functional groups such as marketing, reimbursement, regulatory, clinical, and education, aligned with the District Business Plan
* Preparing study materials, planning, organizing, and conducting training sessions for customers (physicians, technicians, nurses) in collaboration with the District Sales force/network team
Required Knowledge and Experience:
* Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, Biology, or a related field
* Experience in the medical device industry or operating room environment
* Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment and collaborate with clinical staff
* Hands-on experience or strong knowledge of spinal therapies and related clinical procedures
* Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across hospital operational roles
