Job Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager in all aspects of running the store, including opening & closing, stock control, and maintaining a welcoming environment for both team and customers.
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of Mint Velvet's market position and competitors, and use this knowledge to generate ideas, identify opportunities, or address concerns affecting your store.
* Ensure exceptional customer service standards, including personalized styling offerings.
* Achieve outstanding visual merchandising that aligns with Mint Velvet's guidelines, creating an inviting and stylish shopping environment that enhances the customer experience.
* Be proactive in personal development and continuously seek to improve your performance.
* Follow all policies and procedures to ensure a smooth and effective store operation.
About You
Ideally, you have previous experience as a key holder in a fashion retail store, a passion for fashion, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work well within a team. You should be an inspiring, helpful, and knowledgeable role model who embodies the Mint Velvet style.
