About the Role
We have multiple exciting opportunities for enthusiastic Sales Advisors to join our busy call centre based in Houghton-le-Spring.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Making Outbound calls to potential and existing customers
2. Selling appliance warranty packages and services
3. Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets
4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
5. Following all company policies, processes, and compliance regulations
6. Start and finish times: 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (full time) part time hours tbc
7. This is not a remote working role — you will be based at our Houghton-le-Spring office.
8. Hours of work are subject to change, and you must be flexible.
What We’re Looking For:
9. The candidate must have previous proven experience in a Contact Centre Sales role
10. A positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
11. Willingness to learn, take feedback, and develop quickly
12. Reliable, trustworthy, and professional approach at all times
13. Self-motivated and driven by targets and bonuses
14. Resilient — able to stay motivated even on the toughest days
15. Basic computer skills, including competency in Excel
16. Ability to follow sales processes and achieve KPIs
17. Ability to travel to our Houghton-le-Spring office (this is not a remote role)
