We’re looking for an entry-level Talent Acquisition Resourcer to join our internal TA team and support Sales hiring across IRIS Software Group.

The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Resourcer (Sales), you’ll support the hiring of Sales talent across the business.
You will:
Learn how to source candidates using LinkedIn and job boards
Conduct initial candidate screening calls
Build and maintain candidate pipelines
Support Recruiters and Hiring Managers with interview coordination
Write and post job adverts
Update and manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the process

* Organised and detail-oriented
* Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Interest in recruitment, Sales or talent acquisition
Previous recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential.
