About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic NPI & ToW Manager to oversee New Product Introduction (NPI) and Transfer of Work (ToW) projects within our supply chain operations. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless transition of new products from development to production while managing the relocation or reallocation of manufacturing processes across suppliers, sites, or regions. The position involves working in Belfast and Prestwick (Scotland), with 3 to 4 days onsite per week.
Key Responsibilities
* Introducing new products (New Product Introduction).
* Managing Transfer of Work (ToW) or Transfer of Business (ToB) projects via APQP methodology.
* Leading project milestone reviews.
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (Methods, Engineering, Procurement, Programs).
* Managing non-conformities and deviations in industrial development.
* Frequent travel to other UK sites (2 days a week).
Qualifications
* Engineering degree or master’s in mechanical engineering or industrial project management.
* Experience in Supply Chain Quality within aerospace, automotive, or rail industries.
* Strong knowledge of quality standards and tools.
* Fluency in English.
