Package:
* £40,000 basic salary + £5,000 call-out retainer
* 1-in-5 call-out rota (£450 standby + enhanced rates: x1.5 Mon–Sat, x2 Sun, door-to-door)
* Regular overtime opportunities (typically £5K+ annually)

* 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
* Company van with fuel card, tools, PPE, mobile phone, and tablet supplied

Job description:
* Service and maintain domestic and commercial plumbing systems
* Work on HIUs, district heating systems, and plant room equipment
* Complete plumbing repairs and new installations in flats and high-rise buildings
* Cover South London and surrounding areas
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plumbing
* Experience in both domestic and commercial environments
* Knowledge of HIUs and district heating networks
* Full UK driving licence
