Eastbourne is a large and thriving resort town on the South Coast in East Sussex. On the seafront are Victorian hotels, the 19th-century Eastbourne Pier, and a 1930's bandstand. There are more examples of great architecture in the town and a lovely traditional sea-front promenade.
This 1960’s three-storey terraced town house is ideally located less than five minutes walk from the beach, with many seaside amenities nearby. Local shops and eating places are just around the corner. The town centre is less than a mile away. Ten minutes drive south west along the coast, in the South Downs National Park, are the tall chalk cliffs of Beachy Head and its striped 1902 lighthouse. This is a fantastic area to holiday!
The charming little garden is enclosed and full of flowers. They have garden table & chairs on a patio area making this a lovely place to relax and enjoy eating alfresco on a warm summer's evening!
