We’re working with brilliant SEND schools across Corby, Kettering, and Daventry who are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistants to join their teams in June 2025.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide one-to-one or small group support for students with a range of SEND needs (including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and physical disabilities)
2. Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering tailored lessons
3. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
4. Support with classroom management and engagement
5. Help students develop independence, confidence and life skills
6. Monitor progress and provide feedback to teaching staff and parents/carers
Requirements:
7. Experience working with children, ideally in an educational or SEND setting
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
9. A positive, flexible, and patient attitude
10. A genuine passion for supporting young learners with additional needs
11. Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
