OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
Verify the conformity of component parts and assemblies.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Inspect parts and assemblies in accordance with applicable data package requirements, using a range of measuring equipment including micrometres, verniers, and faro arms.
* Inspect component parts to verify applicable machine tool set up processes,
* Inspect component parts and assemblies in accordance with batch sampling requirements,
* Complete formal First Article inspection activities,
* Complete component and assembly testing in accordance with Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP),
* Process / complete non-conformance related documentation (when applicable),
* Support inspection related tasks / activities at non Ipeco locations (when required),
* Complete / authorise formal release certification (when required),
* To adhere to Company policies and procedures,
* To help create and maintain a safe working environment and observe the published Health and Safety procedures, and
* To carry out any other tasks where reasonable and relevant, when required.
