Responsibilities

* Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits.
* Drive sales through proactive outreach and follow-up with potential clients.
* Negotiate terms of sale while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the purchasing process.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
* Manage time efficiently to handle multiple customer interactions while maintaining high-quality service.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.
* Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using IT systems.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a sales or customer service role is essential.
* Proven track record in custom fitting/golf club technology is required.
* Good understanding of the golf industry is essential.
* Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
* Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Ability to manage time effectively, prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* A drive for achieving targets and a passion for sales is essential.
* Proficiency in IT systems relevant to sales processes is advantageous.
* Strong negotiation skills that contribute to successful sales outcomes.
