Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Locum Contentious Probate Solicitor to join one of our well-regarded clients based in North Yorkshire. This role requires regular office attendance, so applicants must be able to work on-site.
The successful candidate will be confident managing their own contentious probate caseload, dealing with a range of inheritance disputes, and working autonomously within an established team. The assignment is available to start ASAP, with full-time hours preferred.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience in contentious probate and inheritance disputes
- Ability to manage a caseload independently from instruction to resolution
- Confident handling of matters such as will validity challenges, Inheritance Act claims, and estate disputes
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a busy, deadline-driven environment
Location: North Yorkshire (office attendance required)
Hourly Rate: Negotiable (Outside IR35)
