The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Supply Chain Systems Analyst to keep our key procurement and supply chain platforms running smoothly, whilst seeking areas of improvement to make them even better.
Based at our Bardon Hill head office, you’ll be at the heart of our digital transformation, ensuring our Coupa eP2P suite, Causeway CPA, and other systems are reliable, efficient, and continually improved.
What you’ll be doing:
Managing day-to-day system performance, triaging issues, and coordinating fixes with IT.
Leading system upgrades, enhancements, and new functionality rollouts.
Tailoring packaged IT software to meet business needs.
Mining data to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making.
Creating and delivering engaging training materials, in person and online.
Leading technical projects from scoping and testing to post-go-live support.
Partnering with procurement and supply chain teams to streamline processes and cut costs.
Who You Are
You’re a systems-savvy problem solver who enjoys making technology work harder for people. You combine technical know-how with strong communication skills, bringing clarity, efficiency, and improvements wherever you go.
You'll have experience managing and implementing IT/ Technical systems.
You'll have strong project management skills and a track record of delivering technical initiatives.
Ideally, you'll have knowledge of procurement processes and how systems can support them.
You'll be a confident communicator, able to create clear, user-friendly training for a range of audiences.
You'll be data driven with a continuous improvement mindset.
