People Operations ExecutiveKey Responsibilities: •Provide clear, professional, and commercially focused advice on HR policies and employee queries •Partner closely with Employee Relations on complex cases, including probation, capability, absence, and dismissals •Take full ownership of queries, ensuring timely resolution, SLA adherence, and consistent stakeholder communication •Operate effectively in a fast-paced, international environment, managing multiple priorities with accuracy and confidence Skills & Experience: •Proven HR Advisor experience with strong generalist and ER case management expertise •Confident, credible communicator with the ability to coach, influence, and upskill line managers •Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet demanding deadlines •Process-driven problem solver with a passion for efficiency, simplification, and continuous improvement •Customer-focused mindset with strong technical capability across HR systems and Microsoft Office tools Katie Bard will be managing your application in accordance with the GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
