You will play a key role in producing high-quality photography content and floor plans that showcases our properties for sale and rent in the best possible light. Key Responsibilities
* Capture high-quality photographs of residential properties for sale and rent.
* Edit photos and floor plans to a professional standard, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
* Manage and update social media platforms, posting engaging content to promote properties and company activity.
* Assist in creating and managing marketing materials and digital content for property promotions.
* Collaborate with the sales and rental teams on all visual content to ensure it aligns with the wider vision
* Maintain photography equipment, ensuring it is in good working order.
* Travel between properties, ensuring punctuality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a photographer ideally within the property or real estate sector.
* Strong photo editing skills
* Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
* Confident managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and creating engaging content.
* Ability to work independently and manage a busy schedule effectively.
* A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
* Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
