Care Assistants Wanted – Make a Real Difference Every Day
Locations: Glenrothes, Kirkcaldy, Falkland, Leven, Anstruther & Dunfermline
Pay Rate: £13.45 – £18.19 per hour (depending on shift & experience)
Shifts Available:
We offer a mix of flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle, including:
1. 07:30 – 15:00
2. 14:30 – 22:00
3. 21:45 – 07:45
4. 08:00 – 20:00
5. 20:00 – 08:00

What You’ll Be Doing:
6. Providing high-quality personal care and support
7. Assisting with daily routines including dressing, mobility and meals
8. Building meaningful relationships with residents
9. Supporting residents’ emotional wellbeing and independence
10. Working as part of a friendly, supportive team
What We’re Looking For:
11. Previous experience in a care home or support setting preferred
12. A kind, patient and reliable nature
13. Strong communication and teamwork skills
14. A genuine passion for helping others
