Your Duties & Responsibilities include:
You will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of commission statements for our clients Directly Authorised Firms and their Wealth Management Partners as well as answering commission and payment related queries via email and system messaging. This role requires you to communicate professionally with our clients firms and their advisers directly via email, secure messaging and phone calls as well as with providers providing accurate responses all within our agreed SLA.
* Be able to navigate our in-house systems to download, process and upload commission statements.
* Answer commission related queries via email, system messages and phone.
* Follow system processes as well as team service level agreements (SLA)
You will need:

* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Knowledge of MS Office products, such as Excel and Word
* Willingness to learn and develop both new and existing skills.
