The Role:
Reporting to CFO Mark Eldridge, we seek a Finance Business Partner to support our finance team by building relationships with stakeholders, supporting financial and operational targets, and maintaining governance and controls.
This role involves ensuring accurate financial reporting, engaging with different business units, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and managing risks and opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring financial KPIs and targets are met through effective partnering
* Acting as a key partner across the business
* Providing financial advice and guidance
* Supporting procurement and contract evaluations
* Managing month-end processes and variance analysis
* Driving operational efficiencies and performance improvements
Ideal candidate profile:
* Ability to interpret monthly financials and communicate to non-financial stakeholders
* Proven relationship-building skills
* Influence and decision-making capabilities
* Accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent
