As an IT Service Desk Associate, you will be:
10. Logging, prioritising and resolving service desk tickets using ServiceNow
11. Providing 1st line technical support to colleagues across departments and stores
12. Keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring minimal business disruption
13. Maintaining stock levels and supporting new store IT setups
14. Liaising with external suppliers to resolve technical issues
15. Supporting the delivery and testing of new system functionality
16. Taking part in wider IT projects and occasional out-of-hours support when needed
Person Specification:
17. Experience in an IT support or service desk environment
18. Confident communicator with a calm, problem-solving mindset
19. Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with a collaborative team
20. Proactive and organised, with a desire to learn and grow
21. Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
