What You’ll Be Doing As our Transport Coordinator, you’ll be the key link between our drivers, warehouse, and clients—ensuring every delivery is executed smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: Driver Briefing & Support : Clearly communicate workloads, provide accurate documentation, and resolve delivery issues swiftly. Fleet & Equipment Management : Oversee vehicle maintenance, defect reporting, and compliance with VOSA standards. Health & Safety Leadership : Enforce site safety policies, issue PPE, and ensure all drivers follow regulations. Security Oversight : Implement and monitor strict security procedures, including spot checks and trailer PIN lock installations. Admin & Communication : Manage PODs, liaise with return load companies, and investigate missing or damaged goods.
