Project Manager - IT & Business Change - Hybrid - Up to £40K - Nottingham.
Working alongside a prestigious business based in Nottingham, we are looking for a cracking Project Manager to join a thriving projects team full of energy and collaboration. They are well-known in their sector with a flawless reputation and an enviable portfolio of clients. The company is investing heavily in its transformation and strategic growth agenda, and is keen to speak with someone early in their project management career who enjoys bringing order, clarity, and momentum to busy workstreams.
The role sits at the heart of the Projects team, supporting the delivery of a broad mix of initiatives from IT system implementations through to wider business and strategic projects. It offers genuine exposure to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
We expect you to be in the office 3 days a week on site at their state-of-the-art offices in Nottingham with the rest from home. The role offers up to £40k plus superb benefits in a highly regarded business.

Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of a broad mix of initiatives from IT system implementations to wider business and strategic projects.
* Coordinate and track new projects from the outset, helping the team stay organised and aligned as work progresses.
* Assist with setup and day-to-day administration of project management tools, documentation, reporting, and continual improvements to how projects are run.
* Spot inefficiencies or gaps in processes and help suggest practical improvements, producing clear and concise updates for senior leadership.
* Work with stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track and information is clearly communicated.
Qualifications / Experience
* Some exposure to project management or project coordination tools, ideally Smartsheet or similar.
* Experience in a professional services or fast-moving environment.
* Interest in progressing a project management career with strong organisational and communication skills.
