Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We’re looking for a Billing Queries Administrator to join our team in Canterbury. In this key role, you’ll be the go-to person for managing and resolving billing inquiries, ensuring our customers receive accurate, timely, and professional support.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Responding to billing-related queries from customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
* Investigating and resolving billing discrepancies efficiently and accurately
* Processing billing adjustments, credits, and refunds where appropriate
* Maintaining up-to-date and accurate customer billing records
* Working cross-functionally with other departments to resolve more complex billing issues
* Creating and analysing billing reports to identify patterns, issues, and opportunities for process improvement
* Supporting the development and refinement of billing policies and procedures
* Delivering professional, courteous, and solution-focused service to ensure a positive customer experience
* Contributing to ongoing process improvement initiatives across billing operations
Qualifications

* Proven experience in administrative roles, ideally within the telecoms industry, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
* A strong background in delivering outstanding customer service, with a customer-first mindset.
* A collaborative team player who works well with colleagues from all backgrounds and levels of experience.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to engage at all levels.
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to adapt to various internal systems.
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive and dependable problem-solver, eager to learn and always willing to go the extra mile.
* Approachable, reliable, and confident, especially when asking questions or seeking clarity to ensure tasks are completed correctly.
* A positive, “can-do” attitude with a genuine enthusiasm for continuous improvement and personal development.
