Recent growth sees an exciting new position as a Regional Sales Manager at Quest Employment!
Directly reporting in to the Regional Manager, this role revolves around new business development across three of our branches; Luton, Bedford & Peterborough with a primary focus on industrial and commercial sectors.
Key responsibilities of this role include;
* Maintain a healthy pool of prospective clients to approach across regional locations
* Initiate contact with potential customers to build and develop strong relationships
* Attending sales meetings with prospective clients
* Professionally represent the business in all methods of communication with clients
* Ensure competitive and profitable pricing negotiated in line with company pricing directives
* Manage pipeline of new businesses close to conversion
* Liaise with branches & national accounts team on implementation of new accounts
* Understand local competitors' strengths & weaknesses
* Maintain professional & productive internal relationships
* Ensure consistent achievement of agreed monthly targets, both activity & financial
* Ensure internal CRM system remains updated
